Dr. Edward Collins
Dr. Collins is proud to be a part of such a growing and dynamic community in the Michiana area. Having lived in the great state of Indiana for many years, Dr. Collins completed his undergraduate and graduate education at Indiana University and Purdue University; earning his Master’s Degree in 2005. A Hoosier at heart, Dr. Collins furthered his education by earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010 at Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Collins spent four years completing his residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he had the opportunity to train and work alongside many renowned oral and maxillofacial surgeons in the country. Dr. Collins was awarded his Oral and Maxillofacial degree in 2014 and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons shortly thereafter.
As a board-certified surgeon, Dr. Collins practices full-scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has a special interest and training in full-mouth reconstruction with dental implants, orthognathic surgery, bone grafting, and oral pathology. In his spare time, Dr. Collins enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing hockey, and working in the yard. Dr. Collins is active in the community through his volunteerism at the Sister Maura Brannick health center in South Bend, IN, continues to pursue opportunities to stay engaged in the ever-changing dental landscape, and maintains membership in the following societies:

Dr. William Hull
Dr. Hull was born and raised in the great state of Arizona. Following high school, he served a two-year service mission in Guatemala where he became fluent in the Spanish language. Dr. Hull performed his undergraduate studies at both the University of Louisville and Arizona State University. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine where he was acknowledged for his excellence in oral surgery during his predoctoral studies. Dr. Hull completed his dental school education and was awarded his degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2010. Upon completion of his dental school curriculum, he spent four years training in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery under nationally and internationally renowned surgeons at the University of Illinois Medical Center and Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL.
One of Dr. Hull’s favorite experiences during his surgical training was functioning as Chief Resident at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, where he had the privilege of caring for many United States Veterans. At the conclusion of his residency training in June 2014, Dr. Hull continued his advanced training by participating in an accredited fellowship that focused solely on facial cosmetic surgery in Columbus, Ohio at the Grant Medical Center. Dr. Hull is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. As a board-certified oral surgeon. Dr. Hull’s clinical interests and passions include dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant surgery, facial trauma, pediatric oral surgery, and outpatient anesthesia. Outside of work, Dr. Hull is an avid sports enthusiast, health nut and loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and rowdy kids.

Dr. Mark Nizza
Dr. Mark Nizza is a seasoned oral and maxillofacial surgeon who hails from Lakewood, Ohio. With a vast array of experience under his belt, he is a pivotal part of the Oral Surgery Michiana team where he excels in providing top-tier care to his patients. His dedication to delivering exceptional patient care is driven by a desire to enhance their comfort, confidence, and overall oral function. Dr. Nizza’s impressive educational background includes an MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, a DMD from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, and a BA from The Ohio State University.
His commitment to professional excellence extends beyond his educational achievements. Dr. Nizza honed his skills and deepened his knowledge during his tenure as Chief Resident at the University Hospitals/CWRU Residency Program. Additionally, he completed a General Surgery Internship at the same esteemed institution. These experiences have shaped Dr. Nizza into a highly competent and trusted professional in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. His comprehensive training and hands-on experience make him an invaluable asset to his patients and the Oral Surgery Michiana team.
